The Director HRIS will lead the deployment of a fully integrated HRIS. This position will develop, implement, enhance, test and maintain the HRIS application and data. This is a highly visible role where you will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders in providing subject matter expertise to plan, evaluate, and support current requirements and long-term objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the company-wide HRIS system. Collaborates with leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions. Identify and recommend the implementation phases for each HRIS module. Ensure the system supports the strategic direction by maintaining roadmaps that are aligned to the current policies and procedures. Maintain HR data and fields; documents process and results. Oversee the configuration/customization of the HRIS system; ensure up-to-date tables; data integrity, and enforce high data standards. Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. Ensure a quality employee experience as well as ongoing compliance with policies and regulations. Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology. Manage the integration of multiple platforms and technologies. Manage projects and process improvement, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality. Manage, mentor and develop a team.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s a plus. 12+ years of HRIS/Systems experience. Knowledge of system architectures, complex reporting, and analytics. Experience leading implementations of HRIS platform required. Experience using UKG preferred. Managerial experience required. Global experience a plus. Familiarity with federal, state and local wages, labor and employment laws. Possess the ability to be both strategic and hands-on, and a strong commitment to operational excellence. Experience working with business users in understanding and resolving process and system issues. Advanced Excel skills/Microsoft Office skills required.
