The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR matters including; employee relations, compensation analysis, recruitment, training/coaching, onboarding, compliance and policy implementation, benefits administration, training/development, and performance management.
Job Description:
Handle and resolve all Human Resources issues with the support of HR team. Manage all Employee Relations investigations and trainings. Responds to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll and policies. Manage issues related to employee relations within the plant. Partner with managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues. Coordinate and conduct applicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks, and social security number verification. Create and maintain new policies and procedures. Manages the implementation and administration of HR policies and programs. Analyzes and prepares HR reports. Provide guidance and coaching to Plant Leadership. Manages new hire orientations and facilitate New Employee Orientation Program. Manage all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards. Design and implement new benefits programs. Develop, maintain, and implement compensation programs, training and development programs, succession plans, and talent management strategies. Lead a team of HR professionals. Experience with recruitment, employee relations investigations, policies and procedures, and benefits/compensation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required. 7+ years of HR experience. Experience working within a manufacturing environment required. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HRIS systems. Managerial experience required. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills.
