The Accounting and Finance Manager will have oversight of all accounting & finance functions. Responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting. The qualified individual will be able to manufacture and diagnose Microsoft PowerBI and ERP reports. The Accounting and Finance Manager is responsible for preparation of quarterly projections aligned with business reviews. This position requires a productive and diligent individual; a self-starter seeking constant improvement of self, others, and policy. This role will lead a team and will have additional responsibilities including special projects in conjunction with future needs of the organization.
The Job:
Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company. Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures. Prepare and present financial reports including cash flow, trade spend margins, and budget. Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor, and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting. Advise senior leadership on decisions related to the company’s finances. Prepare budget template history, analyze, and update expenses, and work with budget owners to produce an accurate quarterly budget for flash and financial reporting, along with a cash flow projection. Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts. Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, and business leaders on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences. Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
