Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing the coordination of the recruiting and onboarding function. Maintaining requisition log. Keeping track of the process in the ATS. Handles pre-boarding of candidates including preemployment checks, and all new hire paperwork. Provides Payroll with accurate documentation to ensure new employee records are accurate. Responsible to track candidate pipeline. Reviews and approves employee record changes within HR system. Supports HR with requests for reporting, reviews and approves employee changes. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required. BA/BS preferred. 2-4 years’ experience in a coordination role with an understanding of the recruiting/HR functions. Familiar with ATS and HRIS systems (Icims is a ++). Ability to juggle competing priorities. US citizenship required, with potential for limited travel in the US.
