The Human Resources Manager is responsible for implementing HR strategies and initiatives. Partnering with leaders and managers, the HR Manager will implement policies and programs. Strong HR Generalist skillset with a focus on employee relations, change management, benefits management, training/coaching, and project management.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers on people related matters. Develop and implement HR plans, strategies and initiatives for the US. Manage benefits plans (welfare and 401k plans). Manager benefits enrollment and vendor selections. Experience with recruitment, training, employee relations, organizational development, compensation, performance management, succession planning, talent management, benefits, compensation, and employee retention/development. Ability to create policies, structures, and system processes. Be aware of current trends and have an eye on the future. Implement training programs. Provide legal guidance, coordinate performance management, and resolve employee relations issues/conflicts. Handle all employee relations issues, investigations, grievances and complaints. Be an influencer and change management leader to create an organization that can make transformations happen. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, standards, and guidelines. Oversee payroll processing, worker’s compensation, FMLA, and visa processing. Develop and implement policies & procedures and manuals/handbooks. Lead a team. Handle other projects as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree a plus. 8+ years HR experience. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Extensive employee relations experience. Management experience. Ability to understand business needs and connect those to human resources strategies and plans for assigned business unit or geography. Demonstrated implementation and execution ability. Ability to lead special projects. Demonstrated conflict resolution skills. Strong situational assessment and objective evaluation skills. Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
