Senior HR Manager
Fort Edward, NY - Hybrid

The Sr. HR Manager will provide HR leadership and support for the organization. This role will be instrumental in the design and revamp, development, and integration of HR processes and procedures in areas including but not limited to, talent management and succession planning, organizational design and development, L&D, leadership development, employee engagement and retention. Will operate in a center of excellence with a consultative approach to organizational effectiveness, roles and responsibilities, head count, compensation, etc.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement short- and long-term Human Resources strategies. Oversee the talent acquisition strategy and implementation in conjunction with an RPO to maintain proper staffing levels and candidate pipelines. Proactively lead and promote plant safety initiatives. Collaborate with total rewards to ensure equitable pay practices aligned with area market trends to attract and retain qualified employees. Partner with plant leadership team for annual merit programs. Partner with leadership to build a positive culture of empowered and informed employees and strive for continuous improvement. Lead succession planning and employee development activities to ensure strong succession pipelines for critical roles. Drive annual performance management. Maintain legal compliance. Proactively monitors and addresses attrition and retention.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (required) with focus on HR, Business, or Psychology. Masters preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of Human Resources related experience required, including several years managing an effective team. Experience with change management as it pertains to organizational integrations. Has supported client groups including manufacturing and corporate. PHR or SPHR certification strongly desired.
