Compensation Director
This position will be Hybrid in Montvale, NJ

The Compensation Director will lead all Compensation processes. Reviews base pay program and recommends enhancements. Ensure compensation policies, job evaluations and other programs are administered consistently across all business units and functions. Conducts job evaluations and ensures individual job levels and compensation offers are fair, competitive, within guidelines and compliant. Manage and execute market data end-to-end process and annual benchmarking cycle, selecting applicable survey sources and ensuring timely data submission to ensure access to data. Partner with and support HR Business Partners in developing competitive compensation offers and pay strategies; provides guidance to HR Business Partners to provide recommended adjustments as required. Maintains access to appropriate compensation benchmark surveys to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity with particular emphasis on pay equity. Manages the salary planning and management bonus processes in conjunction with HRIS. Consults on and approves sales incentive schemes and associated payments, in collaboration with respective local HR partners. Advises senior leaders and HRBP’s on compensation issues. Leads compensation education efforts to ensure these are locally delivered and understood. Recommends and implements any necessary improvement to compensation systems and tools in order to simplify and/or enhance process administration. Implements periodic data audits of Compensation information included in our systems.

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; 10+ years within Compensation with robust understanding of salary structures. Detail oriented with strong data analysis experience, inclusive of data modeling. Strong project management skills; ability to prioritize and then manage multiple projects concurrently, managing to due dates and timelines and adaptability to a fast-paced and changing work environment. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build strong team environment, interact with many stakeholders and influence senior leaders.
