The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR functions including but not limited to; HR Compliance, Maintaining Procedures and Processes, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Employee File Maintenance, Employee Relations, Positive Work Culture, Benefits Administration, and Payroll.
Remain current with employment law: employee files, employee selection and employee relations. Manage the ADP WorkforceNow software: maintain accurate employee recordkeeping and personnel files including but not limited to new hires, performance reviews, employee transfers, separations and exit interviews. Process Payroll utilizing ADP WFN. Promote positive employee relations and workplace culture by planning and executing employee social and team-building events. Build trust and maintain communications with employees at all levels. Responds to employee questions promptly regarding company or statutory benefits or other employee agreements and programs. Implement and promote Benefits Health & Wellness program and activities. Track employee involvement. Administer the employee benefits program including medical, dental, life, disability, Health & Wellness incentives and 401K plan. Negotiate health insurance policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Manage Full Life Cycle recruiting. Lead team empowered to investigate employee concerns such as harassment and discrimination claims along with the development of recommendations for long-term resolution. Administers FMLA requests and Workers’ Compensation claims by completing required forms, assisting employees with medical claim forms and other related duties.
Position requires BA/BS Degree (HR or related field preferred) and 4-8 years related experience. Proficient with ADP WFN. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment.
