Sr Human Resources Business Partner

This is a hybrid position in Morristown, NJ

Implement and manage a wide variety of Human Resource duties including; talent development, leadership development, succession planning, talent management, policies and procedures, recruitment, employee relations, performance management and change management. This role will report into the Global HRBP.

Partner and manager stakeholders. Lead strategic initiatives and strategy around culture, engagement, performance management, learning & development, talent management, compensation and employee relations. Manage and develop of team of HRBPs. Partner with leadership and employees to improve employee engagement and retention and organizational effectiveness. Foster an environment that provides employees training and developmental opportunities. Develop change management initiatives regionally. Collaborate with talent acquisition to recruit top talent for hourly and salaried positions. Ensure compliance across legal, regulatory and internal policies.

Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree required along with 10+ years of Human Resources experience. Must have experience within in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong experience in talent development with the ability to influence business leaders. Managerial experience required. Strong project management and change management skills. Ability to bring about change within a manufacturing environment. PHR/SPHR or MBA/Advanced degree in Human Resource Management a plus.

Must have an analytical mind that provides creative solutions to day-to-day problems. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to influence and work effectively across all levels. Demonstrate discretion, able to work with sensitive and confidential materials and possess good business judgment. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities. Proven ability to deal with conflict and diffuse difficult situations.
