Senior Manager Compensation
Essex County, NJ (Hybrid)

The Senior Compensation Manager manages with a primary focus on broad based , incentive plans compensation. Plans, develops, and implements new and revised compensation programs, policies, procedures to be responsive to the Company’s goals and competitive practices. This position is expected to maximize compensation value while responsibly managing the company’s bonus and stock programs. Assures that international compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations through audits, reports, and personal contacts. The Manager will interface with vendors, Human Resources, HRIS, IT, Finance, Payroll, other internal departments and international partners. Responsible for the design and benchmarking of the bonus incentive plans. Serves as the bonus plans and the stock incentive plan's main point of contact for associates and vendors. Works with all applicable departments and locations to notify of final, year-end bonus amounts and coordinates payment with each location. Consults with HR and business leaders in support of the Company in the area of international compensation including job evaluations, market data & analysis,, benchmarking, trends, salary ranges and compensation plan development. Develops and improves new or existing communications for Compensation programs, focusing on latest trends and incentive compensation including materials for international associates. Partners with HRIS maintaining the bonus planning system and organizes data for the generation of compensation reports. Manages the Company’s participation in surveys on international, incentive and executive compensation and makes recommendations on new and current subscriptions.

Experience:
5+ years of progressive experience in Compensation or related area.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, HR, or related major. CCP Certification a plus.
