We are seeking highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic HRIS Analyst to guide the development and continuous improvement of HR systems. As an integral member of our Information Technology team, this role will be working on creating, and managing our desktop as a product. This role will administer HR systems and leverages technological capabilities to streamline data management and produce meaningful metrics to drive the decisions for HR. This role expects a high degree of collaboration with HR partners and is expected to contribute to new projects, troubleshoot, triage and provide stellar customer-service for HR related issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop reporting, complex dashboards, and analytics using reporting tools for organizational needs; drive insights with HRIS for performance management, talent reviews and engagement surveys. Partner with the HR team to provide technology solutions needed to grow and improve our core business processes and needs; evaluate requirements, research solutions, and advise partners on best practices and considerations when making decisions. Support HRIS system implementations, upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects. Develop standard and manage ad-hoc reports for HR teams and senior leadership. Support onboarding, goal setting, performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning within HRIS. Expert in data manipulation, report generation and data visualization. Periodically presents statistics to HR management. Creates ad-hoc reports as needed, specifically using viGlobal. Ensure that the system configurations meet all security and compliance requirements. Be the visible and active voice of the customer for performance impact, hassle ownership and mitigation, optimizing the existing assets, identifying gaps and monitoring health parameter. Research and evaluate requests for new HR software or software tools, including rationalization against existing approved software. Own the standard software configuration, training for the HR systems and minimum level of acceptable testing for the additional software that is deployed on the laptop. Provide second-level contact and end-user support for all users via phone, email or in-person. Work on special projects and other duties as required helping to promote department’s success.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree required. 5+ years’ experience serving with HR systems and solutions for a professional services firm or a management consulting firm. Ability to prioritize multiple, competing requests, manage expectations, and provide effective service. Technical expertise with the following technologies: viGlobal, UltiPro, Integration Builder, SQL Server, SSRS, and other legal industry software. Experience with Microsoft Windows automation scripting with PowerShell or other scripting languages. Self-Starter attitude with strong, structured, and creative approaches to problem solving. Outstanding ability to constructively challenge requirements to increase overall value to the business. Ability to present ideas and facts, coupled with ability to influence using data and context. Law Firm experience is a plus.
