Growing firm needs someone to lead 6 engineers providing design and operations support for all electrical low, medium, and high voltage electrical systems, switchgear, relay protection, transformers, and motor control centers. Will provide design and infrastructure support for steam generation boilers, pumps, turbine generators, air pollution control equipment, and ash handling equipment. Will lead the team for plant expansion projects working out of a corporate location but requiring extensive collaboration with sites including traveling up to 30% nationwide to company sites. Position will be involved with goal setting, budgeting, resource planning, feasibility studies for the group and should have experience working through all phases of the project execution process from basic conceptual design through construction, commissioning, and startup. Experience working in a facility operation and maintenance support is a plus. Will require 15+ years in an Electrical Engineering Leadership role with power generation/distribution experience with the above experience.
