The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success for various hiring needs within the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local recruiting strategies, sourcing plans and the daily execution to meet aggressive hiring plans. This role is a key position within our company and is critical to our business success ensuring we are appropriately staffed and hiring the best talent.

Manage and implement a full life cycle recruiting process. Create and implement various recruiting methods for each opening (online job ad campaigns, direct sourcing, internal referrals, social media etc.). Post approved requisitions using ATS system to the appropriate job boards and LinkedIn, etc. Responsible for scheduling interviews, reserving conference rooms, managing itineraries, and sending candidates pre-interview materials. Greet candidates and facilitate the onsite interview process, ensuring a high touch experience. Qualify candidates via phone interviews, video conferences, and in-person interviews. Manage the hiring of exempt and non-exempt employees. Build relationships with candidates providing them with high-quality support throughout the interview process. Administer, review and manage the job assessment process alongside the hiring manager. Own the recruiting process; plan and organize the interview rounds including interview briefs and debriefs with interviewers. Engage in best practices for all functional areas of recruitment. Provide coaching and advice to hiring managers and interviewers. Administer background screens, reference checks and other pre-boarding responsibilities. Collaborate with peers, business leaders, and HR to ensure the creation of a consistent and excellent candidate experience across our organization.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. 5+ years’ experience as a full cycle recruiter in a high-volume work environment. Experience using various Applicant Tracking Software. Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to work with all levels of management. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Attention to detail, process and accuracy. Team player but can also work independently. Strong verbal and written skills with an emphasis on providing excellent client and candidate experience. Ability to work in a fast paced, and quickly changing environment. Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion on all matters.
