International Procurement Analyst (CN)

Analyze past, present and future sales trends to determine appropriate PO quantities. Work on a cross-functional team to help gain alignment and understanding of changes in volume, market fluctuations and translate into forecast updates. Communicate regularly internally and externally to ensure timely delivery and receipt of products from overseas factories and resolve issues as warranted. Identify and proactively change outstanding PO’s to ensure required stock levels are met. Proactively identify and escalate urgent matters to management.
Bachelor's Degree required in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or related field. 1 – 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, and Project Management in a progressive and dynamic environment. Knowledge of manufacturing, operations and financial data analysis. Strong alignment skills with the ability to communicate vision and gain alignment with stakeholders both internally and externally. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills with thought leadership that drives strategy and execution. Strong project management skills. Sound interpersonal skills enabling the incumbent to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, vlookups, hlookups)
