Employee Relations Manager - Somerset County, NJ (Hybrid)

Employee Relations Manager is responsible for designing and implementing the employee relations program including, but not limited to, identification of effective processes and procedures, providing support and consultation regarding workplace issues, build trusted relationships, policies, and procedures and act as a resource to employees so they can be productive and successful in the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Possess a strong knowledge of federal and local employment laws across multiple states including but not limited to, New Jersey, California, Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas, and Washington with the anticipation of rapid growth. Ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees consistent with company core values, policies, procedures and in accordance with employment laws. Identify employee relations trends and design recommended solutions. Design, develop and implement scalable employee relations programs and policies. Ensure adequate compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the activities of the group companies. Interpret and apply labor regulations, regulations or internal labor agreements. Support, inform, and advise leaders and employees on employee relations matters. Ensure that relevant group policies are effectively implemented and appropriately adapted to align with local legislation. Drive an inclusive culture that enables employees to be the best version of themselves. Provide excellent service and responsiveness to our internal client groups, prioritize important issues, and achieve delivery of high standards in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA required in (Labor Studies, Employment Relations, Human Resources Manager, a related field or equivalent experience in Employee Relations Management). Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel – required. Ability to be objective and offer solutions to complex employee issues, high level of emotional intelligence. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, organization and presentation. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
