Revenue Operations Manager (Remote with occasional travel)

Clark Davis Associates is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager for our top creative medical education client. Revenue Operations Manager will play a critical role in the sustained success of the Business Development unit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of prioritizing on the fly, deeply understanding business priorities, and exemplary attention to detail.

How you will be elevating our team:
Submitting and tracking information requests from subject matter experts (SMEs). Submits calendar/pipeline every week & provides updates as needed. Interfacing between internal and external teams to ensure the highest level of efficiency and coordination. Partners with vendors to help grow and discover key growth opportunities. Being the point of contact for request for proposals (RFPs) and directing RFPs to the appropriate internal teams. Owning the timely maintenance of business documents, such as NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs. Contributing to the creation of new client proposals, including pricing and terms. Creating Salesforce reports. Performing data queries. Organizing data outputs by specific categories. Providing support to the Business Development team in client acquisition.

Qualifications:
5+ years of related professional experience, ideally in a pharmaceutical or technology setting. Bachelor's degree (Graduate degree preferred). Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on solid communication skills, written and oral. Experience in writing reports, program analysis, program progress reports, etc. Demonstrated ability to breakdown complex problems and provide actionable solutions.

Job Location:
Remote. Our client will have team meetings in New Jersey or at a fun destination once or twice a year. Travel required for specific sessions and conferences.
