HR Manager - Durham, NY (Onsite)
The HRBP role will focus primarily on Manufacturing site-based generalist and HRBP work and be an integral member of the US HR team and collaborate with other areas of HR to deliver effective solutions including but not limited to, employee relations, workforce planning, immigration, and DE&I initiatives. Assess, design, and administer the HR strategy for the site based on organizational needs and the goals of the business. Manage HR generalist responsibilities including but not limited to, recruitment, objective setting, performance management, talent management, rewards, annual pay processes, recognition, setting metrics, analyses. Strategic Workforce planning – ensure proactive and future-oriented workforce planning. Manage learning and development initiatives including leadership development and coaching. Apply strategic rewards and solutions to attract and retain critical talent. Drive site change management. Identify and drive improvements in organizational efficiency & effectiveness. Develop and maintain a people & culture agenda which supports the delivery of the site goals and drives employee engagement. Understand the compensation and benefits needs of the site and proactively identify issues to apply strategic reward and recognition solutions. Experience working with data to create insights and diagnose future talent risks and opportunities. Experience working with multiple stakeholders within the business and in HR.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related concentration required. Master's Degree preferred. HR certification preferred. 6-8 years of experience in an HR generalist capacity. 3-4 years HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Manage ad hoc HR projects. Travel Required: Yes – up to 10% Domestic.
