Our client is seeking a HRIS Analyst to join their team. This person will assist in managing ADP updates, new Workday processes and supporting HR users. The HRIS Analyst supports the maintenance of multiple systems by processing day-to-day workforce data. Participates in the maintenance of Workday issues, changes, and fixes. Supports Workday by researching and resolving issues, testing solutions, and communicating resolution to internal customers. Must be extremely comfortable handling and maintaining confidential data. Enter data and update documentation for adjustments and modifications. Performs data uploads into Workday as needed. Manage and oversee the payroll data when new business is acquired. Maintain technical and professional proficiency. Evaluate, implement, and support new HR systems. Performs other position related duties as specified by management. Prepare dashboards for the leadership teams and stakeholders. Provide systems solutions and support to the HR department, create custom reports, and reporting templates. Assist integration of payroll, learning management, compensation, talent development, talent acquisition, and benefits systems. Prepare for and execute system updates.

Qualifications of the HRIS Analyst:
0-4 years’ experience with HR/Payroll systems, ADP Enterprise experience preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related field. Excellent project management and time-management skills.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
