Director Talent Acquisition - Morris County, NJ (Hybrid)

The Director Talent Acquisition will lead the Talent Acquisition strategy development across the entire organization. Responsible for establishing the talent acquisition processes and managing team of talent acquisition professionals across multiple locations. This position offers high visibility within senior levels of the organization; partnering with business leaders to understand business needs.

Partner with global leadership teams to develop and implement recruitment strategies. Assess and continuously improve our global technology hiring practices which includes the strategy to source, attract, engage, assess, and select top diverse talent. Oversees the identification and selection of Talent Acquisition related partners and collaborates with internal teams to negotiate master service agreements that compliment business goals. Develop and compile TA metrics that help assess, analyze, and understand our talent pipeline, conversion, areas of recruiting strength, and areas of development. Create and maintain global policies and processes related to global Talent Acquisition. Work in collaboration with the TA Leadership team to refresh the global technology recruitment diversity strategy and ensure seamless execution with measurable results. Participate in conferences, job fairs and alternative recruitment events. Collaborate in building our diversity, inclusivity, and equity efforts and continue building talent programs that support our commitment to diversity. Keep up to date with market trends. Continually develop and coach employees while building a continuous learning environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required, Master’s preferred. 10+ years’ experience recruiting in life sciences/pharma/biotech environments. 8+ years’ experience managing a team. Prior experience managing a teams of Talent Acquisition professionals. Broad HR experience a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and leadership skills. Experience working with various applicant tracking systems. Proactive/forward thinking, sound judgment in decision making. Ability to work hybrid.
