Technical Lead who is a creative and forward-looking software engineer focused on solution design, development and implementation. As a key member of the team, they will lead, participating in the design and architecture of solutions within his/her respective team while collaborating with business partners, technical architects and security to understand roadmaps and help build out a technical path of solutions fitting within established application development standards and conventions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenge of identifying and implementing new uses of information technologies which assist the functional business units in meeting their strategic objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
College degree in Computer Science, Management Information Science, Business Administration or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in software application development and maintenance required with web development experience which includes: C#, VB .NET, ASP.NET, HTML, Json, JavaScript, SQLServer, Azure, GI, Agile methodologies required. Proficient in Json, XML, Restful services as well as Soap services. Experience with Vendor solutions/SaaS solutions/Cloud recommended. Informatica, IIB, Java or Zena Scheduler experience is a plus. Billing/Finance competencies is a plus. Requires excellent communication skills, analytic ability, strong judgment and the ability to work directly with customers and IT management and staff. Project management experience including proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Ability to easily move between multiple projects at any given time.
