Growing Consulting Engineering firm needs someone to direct development and completion of site plan designs, manage preparation of project technical specifications, oversee activities and progress of engineering staff, interaction with clients, and analyzing/approving cost estimates. Will need 15+ years experience in civil land development with knowledge of site grading design, hydraulic/hydrologic analysis. Knowledge of Autocad Civil 3D preferred. NJ PE License a must, PA PE license a plus, CME Certification a plus.
