RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary owner of MedTech market access client engagements with ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and delivering high levels of quality/added value. Meets or exceeds assigned revenue targets by developing and delivering insightful, value-added market access solutions. Responsible for significant and tangible client impact from all engagements. Seeks out and identifies new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients – works to build a continuous flow of business from client engagements. Takes lead role in proposal development to ensure actionable, on-target and timely proposals are provided to clients. Manages client interface and ensures project team achieves efficient and effective project delivery. Contributes to the enhanced awareness of company in the market place, e.g. through speaking engagements, client meetings, publications etc. Proactively continues to strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing. Proactively mentors, coaches and shares subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world class solutions for clients.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Requires deep expertise in MedTech market access, including but not limited to: market access strategy, medical society interfacing, CMS and commercial payers to assist companies with coding, reimbursement, and coverage. Possesses exemplary business development skills. Broad knowledge of the MedTech industry, relevant policy organizations, CMS and commercial payers. Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals. Involved in networking events and in-depth knowledge of key players in the industry. Strategic understanding of the MedTech landscape and ability to navigate issues to close business. Excellent interpersonal and networking skills; excels at building client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree Preferred. 8+ years of professional experience; either working in, or consulting to, the MedTech industry. Proven capability to build and grow business and a team.
