Come join a growing private equity company specializing in growth investments across the consumer and healthcare services industries.

The FP&A Analyst will assist with various financial and corporate planning models to support firms’ growth portfolio. This individual will also assist with various projects that will impact business decisions. The FP&A Analyst also reviews and analyzes business cases and provides financial and strategic impact analyses of significant transactions, potential acquisitions and divestitures, and other ad hoc analyses.

Essential Functions:
Building financial models using historical data and providing forecasts based on various industry-related operating metrics. Identifying the key financial and non-financial risks, recommending actions for mitigation of those risks. Communicate data driven insights through analysis, reporting and data visualization. Responsible for identifying data gaps, emerging data sources, and improving national accounting standards. Budgeting / Forecasting / Planning – Supports budgeting / forecasting and long-term planning processes, identifying risks and opportunities & ensuring alignment with strategy. Review variance and trend analysis, performance metrics, forecasting, annual planning, and ad hoc reporting. Conduct complex analysis projects, involving an understanding of all financial processes and their interaction. Develops analytical tools to gain efficiencies in financial modeling as required. Prepares and analyzes the monthly financial statements and reports to produce forecasts of business. Performing other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of technical and functional experience. Prior financial modeling experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, and advanced Excel). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; including the ability to successfully perform independent, in-depth analysis and generate concise conclusions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including the ability to communicate effectively within multiple levels within the enterprise, including executive management. Strong knowledge and understanding of financial statements, accounting concepts, financial modeling, and application of financial concepts.
