The Senior HRBP will be responsible for driving consistency with HR practices across the site, implement change, and support organizational effectiveness, deliver leadership training and performance management. Offers competitive compensation package and full relocation if needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide business support for Employee Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Policy and procedure development and implementation. Assist managers to develop and understand staffing requirements and HR plans. Handle high level HR projects. Provide leadership training on performance, discipline and other related matters. Handle employee relations issues and investigations and provides guidance. Develops and delivers training in key areas of HR (anti-harassment, performance plans, etc.). Perform other duties as assigned.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree required; Masters Degree preferred in Human Resources/Business/Organizational Development. 5-7 years HR experience in a manufacturing setting. PHR preferred. Full generalist toolkit and knowledge of compliance related issues and state and local employment laws. Comfortable in a fast paced, fluid environment, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and have strong attention to detail. Strong knowledge of HRIS and Recruitment Software in a high-volume setting. Experience in all levels of talent acquisition.
