The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR matters including; employee relations, compensation analysis, recruitment, training/coaching, onboarding, compliance and policy implementation, benefits administration, training/development, and performance management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handle and resolve all Human Resources issues with the support of HR team. Manage all Employee Relations investigations and trainings. Design and implement training programs. Lead the recruitment for all exempt, non-exempt and contract employees. Responds to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll and policies. Manage issues related to employee relations within the plant. Partner with managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues. Coordinate and conduct applicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks, and social security number verification. Coach and train managers. Manages the implementation and administration of HR policies and programs. Analyzes and prepares HR reports. Provide guidance and coaching to Plant Leadership. Manages new hire orientations and facilitate New Employee Orientation Program. Manage all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards. Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I-9's). Processes paperwork for personnel actions including terminations, FMLA, benefits enrollment, etc. Respond to unemployment claims and hearings for assigned facilities. Experience with the administration of benefits and compensation programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree required. 5+ years of HR experience. Bilingual Spanish required. Experience working within a manufacturing/distribution/warehouse environment required. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HRIS systems. Experience developing training programs. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills.
