The modernization partner – health care & life science is a senior role mapped to the enterprise commercial business unit. This role will work with our largest accounts, frequently interfacing with our customers C-suite and their direct reports. Responsible for building, managing, gaining internal buy-in, advancing, and piloting a portfolio of possible innovative solutions that will support the strategic vision of our customers and fuel business growth opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop relationships with the customers, commercial business capabilities center to identify strategic opportunities by understanding problems, needs, and ideas from the business, and the members and effectively formulate new solutions following process. Build a pipeline of ideas, manage the pipeline, and prioritize the pipeline through criteria that ensures alignment to the strategic pillars and desired focus areas. Explore strategic partners and technologies in the market that could provide a solution or component of a solution, and make build, buy, partner recommendations. Establishes a variety of metrics (new solution effectiveness, adoption, financial, etc.) designed to track the effectiveness of start-up solutions and emerging technologies and solutions at meeting organizational targets. Work with senior executives to secure approval and funding to advance through the innovation process. Shepherd modernization initiatives through Innovation Studio process by assuming a program leadership role as part of the multi-disciplinary team. Track and report on ideas in the pipeline, on active initiatives in the Innovation Studio funnel, and on pilots that are in development and getting launched.

REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to be provocative and compelling in their solutions with key customers & business leads. Ability to be hands on in developing compelling strategic presentations, experience facilitating with purpose and the ability to identify and synthesize themes real-time. Overall min 10 years of experience in pharma as operation & consulting partner in formulating new strategy and solutions in areas of technology, omnichannel campaign and digital applications. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate across multi-functional teams. Strong understanding of life science digital marketing landscape. At least 4+ years of experience in formulating new ideas, architecting solutions around enterprise omnichannel strategy, commercial operation strategy (global & local market) and successful implementation of pilot with proven business outcomes. Min 5+ years of experience in devising transformative innovative solutions in few of MarTech (Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Web platforms (Drupal, AEM), Web Analytics). Proven experience in designing functional strategy around enterprise campaign & content tagging.
