As an account manager, you will:
Drive uptake of content production services for the assigned brands by building a trusted advisor relationship with the client and ensuring that clients derive maximum value from our services. Work closely with clients to identify needs including content & creative design projects. Be the SME for the client and recommend the right solutions for their needs, work closely with operations teams, and deliver on a delightful client experience.
Client Engagement & Relationship
Single point of contact for the assigned client contact(s). To coordinate with the brand managers/ client and agency contacts & build effective relationships with them by understanding their requirement. Communicate effectively on scope, timelines, and processes. Be a part of all calls and facilitate meetings with status updates and direction. Manage client expectations. Anticipate client-side bottlenecks in plan execution and propose solutions to clients or production teams in advance through effective communication. Ensure a deep enough understanding of clients’ individual experiences to predict and solve potential issues before they become problems.
Closely collaborates with client stakeholders to drive content reuse strategy and execution across the content value chain. Identify the key initiatives and content requirements across the top markets to device the content strategy/plan. Provide consultative approach to enable the innovative/high complex projects. Accountable for business and stakeholder adoption of content creation automation tools/platforms. Point of contact for any new content modelling implementation in the identified markets (POCs) – Right from content inception to final delivery and define the implementation approach along with CORE team. Responsible for implementation of new service lines in the respective markets to drive adoptions. .Review existing channel utilization, usage metrics and prepare content modelling as required per market requirement. Review industry new techniques, market insights and suggest content campaign execution model aligned to client organization. Drive content best practices initiatives across regions by engaging with respective Global Operations colleagues. Visualize and design modular strategic approach for each markets and drive content to be developed in modules rather than final assets. Drive Global to Local content creation model, lead conversation and design new content design approaches for global or cluster content production projects.
Understand client requirements and present (verbally/in-writing/via work-flow tools) the Client’s/Agency’s requirements/feedback/ effectively, logically and concisely. Establish project charter, integrated project plan, monitor and update the project schedule across the key projects/initiatives. Guide the users on end to end process, and help them to accelerate the project completion. Daily follow-up and reminders across all internal and external stakeholders/clients to ensure prompt projects’ progress. Effective collaboration with onshore and offshore operations team, SMEs to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client objectives and timelines. Communicate, navigate, and reset expectations with regard to client information/ requirement/ messages to the operations teams for efficient execution. Weekly status reports with Leadership, and project team. Proactive communication to provide strategic solutions aligned with leadership team, highlight/Flag any risks and establish effective risk mitigation plan. Follow the established processes for communication of risk, issues and decisions with project team. To ensure all paperwork (budgets, timelines, briefs, creative submissions etc.) is maintained accurately and kept up to date. Responsible for ensuring that all projects move through the production process effectively and efficiently. Clearly communicate the progress of key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Preparation of presentation communication decks for internal and external stakeholders. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly revenues and annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account status. Responsible for day-to-day budget management, monitoring all job costs, and obtaining approval before spending is committed. Make account reports every month for number of projects executed and pipeline.
Skills & Experience:
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate with or without MBA or a foreign equivalent. Experience: This position requires 8 to 15 years of experience in a related position with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communication. Experience in Digital Marketing/content creation or production (preferably in pharmaceutical industry). Willingness to work in an Onsite-Offshore model.
Must have strong written and oral communication / presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office. Proficient in problem solving, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management. Knowledge and experience in pharma digital marketing, marketing technologies and regulatory landscape is highly desired. Ability to take initiatives with excellent interpersonal skills. Resourceful, tenacious and capable of being calm and decisive under pressure. Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships. Ability to single handily drive initiatives and manage team’s activities. Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities.
