We are currently looking for a Recruiter in Princeton, NJ (Hybrid).

JOB SUMMARY:
To provide full life cycle recruiting support in a fast paced environment. This individual will maintain a high volume of open requisitions and be required to provide quality candidates in a timely fashion. The ability to source independent of agency use may be required so familiarity with various job boards is necessary. In addition, this role will require the Corporate Recruiter to be proactive and creative in their talent search methods resulting in delivering a diverse slate of candidates to their clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage full life cycle recruiting process from time a position is open until the candidate is hired. Source quality candidates for respective service areas including real estate finance, marketing, information technology and franchise service positions. Manage entire interview process including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks and selection of quality candidates for respective client groups. Manage the prompt follow-up with hiring manager and all candidates. Provide sound recommendations to hiring managers to ensure quality selection of talent. Collaborate effectively with HR Generalists to achieve the business objectives and create consistency between HR and the business. Manage recruiting costs efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate requisition reports and documentation of candidate tracking in the ATS. Assist in management and evaluation of vendors, reports and diversity initiatives for the entire business unit. Develop and cultivate strong relationships with various levels of management, internal and external candidates, and external recruiting sources. Maintain applicant tracking system.

QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S./B.A. in related discipline. 5+ years of experience in a high volume recruiting environment. Comprehensive understanding of basic HR disciplines as they relate to recruitment (i.e. Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, etc.). Experience driving a full life cycle process required. Exposure to employment tracking systems. Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, results-oriented and tactical. Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, listening). Superior attention to detail. Superior organizational skills. Ability to interact with senior management. Ability to handle stressful, uncertain and/or confidential situations with ease and professionalism. Ability to multi-task and be proactive - Proven team-player.
