The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing Human Resources related duties including talent management, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, coaching, training, and employment law compliance.

Work with functional leaders to support business objectives and provide Human Resources support. Implement HR programs including training and development, benefits, records maintenance, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, EEO compliance, and labor relations. Manage talent development processes. Handle employee relations investigations and work with front line managers to resolve issues and conduct training programs to prevent incidents. Main point of contact between managers, employees, and executives. Work with and provides feedback to managers on performance management and disciplinary action issues and documentation, up to and including termination of employment. Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, coaching and counseling managers and employees. HR policy development and documentation in line with their corporate vision. Assist in developing human resources strategies that integrate with defined business strategies and identify implications and required actions and plans. Implement HR policies and practices. Project management duties, as needed.

BS/BA degree. 5+ years HR Generalist experience. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Experience working within a manufacturing environment. Extraordinary attention to detail and organization, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and wear different hats. Is personable, dependable, hardworking and loves to work in a collaborative environment with people who also exhibit these qualities. Ability to adapt to changes and remain calm in chaotic and ambiguous situations. Proficiency with MS Office, with the ability to quickly pick up different tools and applications. Able to travel as needed to sites nationally.
