This role is critical to ensuring we have the right talent when needed and maintain excellent forecasting and cost controls.

Talent (Resource) Management
Organize and host weekly meetings across to ensure we have the right talent (skill) and available time to deliver high quality work. Maintain a list of open needs and be a liaison between recruiters and hiring manager during the process. Create and improve documentation for managing talent. Lead the sharing of technology center of excellence team members with other agencies within the group. Ensure proper project planning, alignment of cross charge in a timely manner. Partner with Department heads to plan for talent retention, upgrades, performance challenges, resignations, and additional resources (full-time & freelance). Ensure full-time and freelance talent submits, reviews, and approves timesheets on-time. Maintain the PTO calendar, ensure team members properly plan for being “out-of-office,” and monthly reporting & planning w of PTO remaining to each full-time team member. Organize and coordinate with each team on monthly revenue forecast. Manage valuable non-client work – review reports and track actuals. Ensure compliance of talent attending and department specific trainings. Identify additional training for specific talent or departments. Compose, distribute, and analyze online survey. Provide results and recommendations to senior leadership. Learn and maintain knowledge of, Federal, State and Local Labor Laws; and act as our compliance officer to ensure we are following all the rules. Align with Human Resources and our legal teams. Assist with maintaining a safe & healthy workspace. Assist talent with equipment purchases for the office and remote workers to have a comfortable and healthy workspace. Escalate important details to managers, department heads and executive leadership as needed. Research, test, and pilot software solutions. Integrate with other agency partners, IT & Technology.
