The Director Total Rewards is responsible for leading, planning, designing and implementing global compensation and benefits programs and initiatives. This position will have a primary focus benefits and compensation strategies including plan design, development and implementation across the Americas and Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead benefits and compensation strategies and initiatives. Analyze, review and assess the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs to ensure objectives are being met and recommend/implement changes as appropriate to support competitive market practice. Develop and implement Total Rewards philosophy including new compensation and benefits programs. Oversee design and administration of compensation programs, including benchmarking initiatives, job architecture, salary surveys and job evaluations. Develop, implement and manage new wellness programs. Manage vendor and broker relationships to ensure benefits are designed competitively and delivered efficiently. Serve as an integral member of the HR Leadership Team to advise on programs impacting the organization as a whole and collaborate with HR Business Partners. Lead global rewards platform. Oversee benefits vendor relationships. Lead a team of Total Rewards professionals globally (US and UK). Manage the sales compensation and sales incentive programs.

EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred. 10+ years of total rewards experience, including leading designing and implementing programs. Knowledge of current and future trends/practices in health and welfare benefit programs, compensation plans, and wellness initiatives. Experience working within a global organization. HRIS and change management experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills. Good negotiation skills. Highly organized with attention to detail. Demonstrated analytical skills. Strong project management skills.
