Our client a Global Leader is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst, which will perform various duties to help ensure current compensation practices are in line with the Company compensation philosophy. The client is offering an aggressive compensation, benefits, and wellness plans!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Performing statistical analysis of both internal and external data in order to analyze trends and marketplace information. Responsible for managing/assisting with various compensation programs such as bonus programs and base pay administration. Partner with the HRBPs by providing support and counsel for client issues and assisting in the hiring process. Understand and identify business needs and translate it to a technical solution. Conduct statistical analysis, data modeling and costing of pay programs and provide project management support for many compensation initiatives. Consult and advise HR Business Partners on all compensation related questions. Provide recommendations by evaluating market and internal benchmarks, employee attrition, and business goals. Conduct job evaluations to ensure consistency and adherence to the level structure. Responsible for participating in annual salary surveys; gathering current market data information and analyzing trends. Assist with modifying/designing new HR policies and practices as they apply to Compensation. Collaborate with HRIS to ensure the integrity of employee and job data within HRIS system (Workday).

COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
4-year degree in Business or Human Resources. 5+ years of HR Compensation experience. Strong Systems experience. Adaptability. Building Strategic Working Relationships. Familiar with standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures. Advanced excel skills. Demonstrated analytical skills. Ability to work independently.
