Techno Functional Manager – Key Roles and Responsibilities:

EXPERTISE:
Multi-Channel Marketing, Marketing Automation Platform, B2B, B2C Marketing Automation, Campaign Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build Digital solution design and optimization frameworks, diagnostic workshops, multi-channel journey planning with commercial/brand team and IT teams on understanding needs and KPI measurement plan. Designing tool-agnostic flexible, scalable and maintainable marketing automation solutions. Analysis of Business Requirements, Design Technical Documentation and enhancement activities in areas including Planning, Approval and Campaign, segmentation, Interaction. Organize and conduct knowledge sharing workshops on Marketing, Campaign management, and Marketing Automation product suites to audiences including technical team. Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for all business operational activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
8 – 9 years of experience in working with leading marketing automation solutions in the areas of designing, developing, and deploying marketing campaigns. Candidate should have a comprehensive experience in Marketing Automation Project and Operations Management. Experience in pharma campaign management, campaign operations is a plus. Candidate should have experience in developing and implementing new and existing multichannel programs & initiatives leveraging integrated MarTech solutions. Candidate should have experience in collaborating with business, IT and 3rd party in development, planning, piloting and execution of emerging multichannel capabilities and projects.
