Talent Development Specialist will partner closely with HRBPs to help streamline, improve, and enhance current training programs in this fast paced, collaborative environment.
TALENT DEVELOPMENT AND INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN:
Help execute the Talent Development strategy and vision across the organization. Work closely with the Director of Talent Development to align to key business areas. Identify skill or knowledge gaps among the employee population and recommend or develop training content. Develop and deliver employee training programs. Assess the effectivity of programs by measuring employee understanding of the subject matter. Provide learning & development expertise and help create solutions to align training priorities. Develop and deliver engaging programs utilizing adult learning principles and ensure transfer of learning through effective instructional design methods. Deliver classroom instruction both live and virtual. Create an inclusive classroom environment. Design multi-level L&D initiatives aimed at individual contributors, managers, and leaders. Lead special projects as needed.
EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS with 3+ years of Learning and Development experience. HRBP/Generalist experience preferred. Experience with performance and talent development. Exceptional communication, facilitation, organizational and coordination skills, Agile thinker. Excellent presentation skills. Executive presence and credibility; able to effectively challenge and influence. Project Management experience. Experience with classroom and webinar facilitation including WebEx and Teams. Ability to complete training cycle including needs assessments, curriculum design and delivery, and evaluation. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Experience with Workday or LMS preferred.
