The HR Manager is responsible for supporting multiple departments by implementing HR strategies and initiatives. Strong HR Generalist skillset with a heavy focus on employee relations, change management and project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement HR plans, strategies and initiatives. Responsible for all HR policy, programs and organizational development functions including day-to-day operations within the site. Experience with recruitment, training, employee relations, organizational development, compensation, performance management, succession planning, talent management, benefits, compensation, and employee retention/development. Ability to create policies, structures, and system processes. Be aware of current trends and have an eye on the future. Implement training programs. Provide legal guidance, coordinate performance management, and resolve employee relations issues/conflicts. Handle all employee relations issues, investigations, grievances and complaints. Be an influencer and change management leader to create an organization that can make transformations happen. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, standards, and guidelines. Handle other projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree required; advanced degree a plus. 8+ years HR experience. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices industry experience a plus. Ability to understand business needs and connect those to human resources strategies and plans for assigned business unit or geography. Demonstrated implementation and execution ability. Capability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization. Demonstrated conflict resolution skills. Strong situational assessment and objective evaluation skills. Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
