The HR Manager will lead a team to manage and improve the human resources infrastructure and system including benefits, HRIS and payroll.
Manage and improve HR operations including benefits administration, employee data maintenance and filing, payroll filing and invoicing. Identifies end to end strategic HR work between business groups. Review and make recommendations for improvements of the organizations policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters. Proactively manage employee relations issues. Manage and oversee payroll, benefits and HRIS. Review, analyze and administer benefits and compensation programs. Supervise and lead HR employees. Reporting to the HR Director. Knowledge of current trends/best practices.
Bachelors degree required. Masters degree a plus. Hands on payroll and benefits experience. Management experience. 5+ years of HR experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting. People analytics and reporting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt & respond effectively to a rapid and complex changing work environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with orientation on results.
