Responsible for interfacing and supporting executive members of a Global 500 company as the technical lead. MUST HAVE C-SUITE SUPPORT EXPERIENCE. The candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills both verbally and in writing. The candidate will also be a liaison to IT management for PC Support issues, and oversee the following areas as the lead engineer: PC Imaging, Automated Software deployment, Enterprise PC full disk encryption, Enterprise PC Privilege access, Management Lead in PC related projects, Software subscription asset management. 3 - 5 years of experience as a Desktop Specialist is required. Candidate must be able to work independently. Experience with the following applications is required: PC endpoint management Altiris, SCCM or Landesk, PC Imaging creation and deployment, MS Enterprise Bit locker experience. Experience with Thycotic Privilege access management is desired. Experience with MS SQL scripting, MS Excel, MS Access and Data analysis is highly desired.
