Develop and implement recruiting strategies for talented and diverse candidates through both web-based and grassroots methods (job posting, data mining off the internet, online databases, career fairs, phone, etc.). Maintain a network of candidates. Ability to identify and properly recruit qualified candidates for roles with our client companies. Proactively monitor and evaluate applicant pool and recalibrate sourcing strategy as needed. Possess or be willing to develop the ability to screen candidates to gain a full understanding of job experience, education, skills, training, fit with potential organization, and manage career and salary expectations. Perform reference and background checks on candidates. Facilitate and oversee the interview process while maintaining efficient and effective communication with all parties.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrated knowledge and ability using applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn), electronic job boards and candidate sourcing applications. Strong internet mining experience. Recruit potential IT, Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Engineering, or Biotech/Clinical candidates via multiple means including job boards, niche sites, job fairs, professional associations, networking, strategic advertising, etc. Be creative with developing grassroots recruitment strategies. Generate a high-volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines. Develop strong candidate screening, resume assessment and interviewing skills. Superior service mindset. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional team work and collaboration skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
