Clark Davis Associates is seeking a Client Services Account Manager for our top digital healthcare marketing client. The Client Services Account Manager is responsible for working with clients and internal account teams to develop long-term advertising/digital marketing plans and strategies for brand goals. The Client Services Account Manager must have a solid understanding of all things digital.
Will lead project execution from conception to completion with clients expectations. Communicate client needs to all cross-functional partners, ensuring projects are on brief and in line with brand strategy. Effectively present the agency recommendations, points of view, and or maybe strategy documents to clients, taking a leadership role in their preparation. Provide communication effectively with all levels of the organization as well as KOLs and business partners. Support the strategic planning, process management, and execution of the product promotion. Drive analytics reporting and lead optimization process. Conduct regular meetings with account group team to discuss client issues, opportunities, and work in progress. Develop presentations to sell recommendations to client.
Business, Advertising, Marketing Degree (Preferred). Experience in a Healthcare Advertising agency setting, focus on pharma clientele. Experience working on digital projects or accounts with strong digital focus. Strong client management experience. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel. Ability to collaborate across a multi-disciplinary brand team. Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present ideas to brand teams and clients. A proactive person who can multitask, foster a positive team atmosphere, and be a leader.
