The Human Resources Business Partner will be directly responsible for supporting and delivering human capital strategies across their client base. This role is strategic and will partner with senior leaders. The HRBP will also be responsible for organizational and training development, performance management, employee relations, recruiting and retention, compensation administration, policies and procedures.
Manage and execute HR programs and initiatives. Ensure effective implementation of ongoing programs, including the annual performance management process. Assist in designing the Human Capital Strategy. Drive the human capital plan implementation that supports the organizational strategy, operational initiatives and overall business objectives. Design and implement HR best practices; leverage expertise and utilize resources to support and promote client group business objectives. Handle HR employee relations issues. Assist business leaders with training, development, and succession planning issues; design and propose initiatives and programs to train and develop employees, increase productivity, improve morale, motivate employees, and create a positive employee relations climate. Assist in the performance management and development process. Design, develop and implement human resource initiatives to support objectives and strategy. Succession planning, leadership, diversity and the attraction, motivation, and retention of talent while fostering an inclusive culture across different businesses or functions. Project Management lead.
Bachelors degree; advanced degree a plus. 7+years HR experience. Experience within professional/financial services industry.· Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state, and employment laws. Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills with ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information as needed. Strong customer-focused attitude with high level of professionalism and discretion
