The Payroll Manager will develop and managing payroll processes. Work with cross functional teams including HR, Benefits and Finance.
Analyze, prepare and input multi cycle, multi-site. Compile and enter secure payroll data including but not limited to new hire information, salary changes, benefit contributions, garnishments, bonuses, loans, etc. Manage time clocks and review the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy. Identify miss entries before and after payroll processing.

Prepare biweekly, quarterly, and year-end reports (i.e. gross payroll, OT hours worked/paid, PTO taken/paid, benefit deductions, etc.). Initiate, develop, implement, and monitor new
evised payroll policies and procedures. Security maintenance for platform users. Maintain confidential information.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, HR, Payroll or a related field. 5-7 years of experience with a payroll platform (ADP, Ultipro, SAP SuccessFactors). Minimum 4-year experience processing multi-state, multi-site, complex payrolls including M&A payroll a +. Payroll implementation/migration experience a ++. Proficient in Excel.
