Service Firm - Application Security Support Specialist
Must have 3 plus years Security Support experience
Must Haves: Associate degree or two years of college, plus training and 5+ years of direct experience in supporting Windows environment. Experience providing top tier customer service and white glove support in a professional environment. Experience working directly with customers via phone, email or remote access. Security and Technical support experience preferred. Ability to problem solve and communicate concepts effectively.
