Human Resources Director will be responsible for organizational and training development, performance management, employee relations, recruiting and retention, compensation and benefits administration, policies and procedures, and compliance.
Manage and execute HR programs and initiatives.· Ensure effective implementation of ongoing programs, including the annual performance management process.· Design and implement HR best practices; leverage expertise and utilize resources to support and promote client group business objectives.· Provide problem evaluation/interpretation of policy for management and employees; advise/counsel employees and management with the objective of problem prevention and resolution.· Handle HR employee relations issues.· Assist business leaders with training, development, and succession planning issues; design and propose initiatives and programs to train and develop employees, increase productivity, improve morale, motivate employees, and create a positive employee relations climate.· Assist in the performance management and development process.· Design, develop and implement human resource initiatives to support objectives and strategy.· Project Management lead.
Bachelors degree. 8+ years of experience with progressive HR experience. PHR/SPHR certification a plus. ·Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state, and employment laws.· Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills with ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information as needed.· Strong management skills.· Strong business acumen and business partnering skills.· Excellent consulting, coaching, organizational and facilitation skills.· Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.· Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and working knowledge of an HRIS.
