The Compensation Analyst will assist with the design, implementation, and administration of the compensation programs, including job leveling, salary surveys, benchmarking, merit planning and annual incentives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the development, design, and implementation of compensation programs. Support effective communication and understanding of compensation plans and programs. Administration of annual merit planning, bonus, and equity process. Administration of quarterly equity process. Assist with the annual Proxy reporting. Assist in the development and leveraging of standardized tools used for analyses, recommendations, and consultation with clients. Perform research and prepare compensation reports. Participate in market survey analysis and survey results to ensure compensation programs remain competitive. Conduct research, benchmarking and analyses covering a variety of compensation best practices. Perform competitive pay analysis and modelling in support of merit and incentive programs, and ongoing job evaluation needs. Provide evaluation reviews. Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree required. 3-5 years compensation experience. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to present and clearly explain information to non-technical audiences and HR and business leadership. Detail oriented with strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to adapt to frequent change. Proven ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities, and to prioritize day-to-day responsibilities and project. Ability to work in team environment. CCP highly desirable. Experience with Workday a plus.
