What we expect from you
Develops strategic skills, masters medical education tactical planning, and implementation. Be a strategic and tactical partner with the client by offering strategic solutions and tactical improvements for added programming success and/or efficiency. Ensures all content and tactics developed support the brand positioning. Continually seeks brand building opportunities/ways to overcome obstacles. Leads the brand planning process and ensures medical education tactics are integrated, where appropriate, with other internal departments. Appropriately interprets and applies both clinical and market research data. Participates in development of a strategic medical communications plan with alignment between issues, strategies, and tactics. Leads scientific and account teams in the development of breakthrough content to ensure high quality agency output, reflective of consistently superior product. Works with team to ensure all work is delivered on time and accurately.
Demonstrates client and brand knowledge. Demonstrates passion for the brand and scientific product. Earns the respect and trust of the client and of their internal agency team. Is in command of all key customer data pertaining to his/her brand.
Demonstrates an understanding of the science around the brand, the Phase II and Phase III data, and the healthcare professionals. Knows his/her brand inside and out, and is able to clearly communicate a point of view regarding content and strategic issues relevant to the brand. Is on top of specific tasks that have been delegated to other members of the team.
