Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Manager/Director Talent Acquisition to join the Human Resources Department. This position offers high visibility within senior levels of the organization; partnering with business leaders to understand business needs and recruiting top talent into the organization.

The Sr. Mgr/Dir. Talent Acquisition will be primarily supporting various client groups, while providing some additional support to other areas of the organization as needed.
Managers to define job specifications, create and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, interview and assess talent, structure compensation packages for new hires, and negotiate offers. Responsibilities will include full cycle recruiting which encompasses working with Hiring Managers. This role will also provide support in hiring executive level talent into the organization.

Partner with senior managers to develop and implement recruiting strategies. Extend and negotiate offers with candidates. Develop and manage relationships with existing and passive candidates. Ensure that legal hiring procedures and policies are maintained. Responsible for the on-boarding of new employees. Transactional activities: scheduling interviews, candidate entry into the onboarding system, background check requests, offer letters, communications, etc. Proactively source talent via our database, social media, networking and referrals, etc. Screen and interview qualified candidates, presenting top talent to Hiring Managers and ultimately advancing them through the process. Advise hiring managers on compensation recommendation. Develop talent and speak with leadership on strategies for talent retention.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of recruiting experience. Bachelors degree required. Experience recruiting for high-volume blue-collar roles in addition to executive level roles; strong understanding of compensation plans including knowledge of equity plans and the mechanics of how they work. Experience with some HR Generalist responsibilities including; talent development, HRIS, and employee relations are a plus. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Proactive/forward thinking, sound judgment in decision making.
