The Sr. HRBP will support the sales organization and partner with the leadership team to develop and execute people strategies that are focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

Create and execute people strategies focusing on organizational development, talent management, employee engagement
etention, employee relations, change management, training, and leadership development. Design/assist with compensation plans. Ability to create policies, structures and system processes. Ensure comprehensive view of HR industry to ensure best practices. Develop employee relations strategies that drive business outcomes and mitigate corporate risk. Partner with top leaders to provide a comprehensive forward-looking view of the business, and design, recommend and guide organizational design and processes aligned to business objectives. Oversee the performance management strategy and process to ensure consistency across the function and alignment with centralized HR. Be an influencer and change management leader and be aware of current trends with an eye on the future. Identify functional recruitment needs; employ strategies to acquire and retain high-performing talent with the central Talent Acquisition team. Identify training needs of the division; evaluate programs for effectiveness in conjunction with the L&D team.

Bachelors degree required, advanced degree and certifications a plus. 8+ years of experience in an HR leadership role. Experience supporting sales client groups required. Compensation experience – sales incentive compensation experience a plus. Knowledge of employment laws such as ERISA, COBRA, ADA, and other federal and state laws. Ability to travel as needed. Individual contributor role. Strong project management experience. Self-starter with strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions. Capability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization. Demonstrated conflict resolution skills. Strong situational assessment and objective evaluation skills. Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel 25% domestically.
