As a Technical Support Specialist - you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for technology. A problem solver, you are looking for a challenge in a dynamic work environment. As part of your role, you will answer inbound calls and emails from customers in an efficient and timely manner. You will troubleshoot quickly and efficiently, providing information and solutions to customers and do so with the highest standards of professional customer service.
Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors for customers. Troubleshoot and support daily technology issues and assistance needed. Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to the VP of IT. Ensure Help Desk support database is utilized effectively and is maintained and expanded over time. Create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
Associate degree or two years of college, plus training and 1-2 years of direct experience in supporting Windows environment. Experience providing top tier customer service in a professional environment. Experience working directly with customers via phone, email or remote access. Technical support experience preferred. Ability to problem solve and communicate concepts effectively.
