Role Summary:
Human Resources Director will be responsible for organizational and training development, performance management, employee relations, recruiting and retention, compensation administration, policies and procedures, and compliance.

Qualifications:
Manage and execute HR programs and initiatives. Design, implement and/or modify policies, procedure, and compensation & benefits programs. Ensure effective implementation of ongoing programs, including the annual performance management process. Design and implement HR best practices; leverage expertise and utilize resources to support and promote client group business objectives. Handle staffing responsibilities; hiring, onboarding, promotions, terminations. Provide problem evaluation/interpretation of policy for management and employees; advise/counsel employees and management with the objective of problem prevention and resolution. Handle HR employee relations issues. Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems. Assist business leaders with training, development, and succession planning issues; design and propose initiatives and programs to train and develop employees, increase productivity, improve morale, motivate employees, and create a positive employee relations climate. Utilize, train and support employees with the use of ADP WorkforceNow. Assist in the performance management and development process. Design, develop and implement human resource initiatives to support objectives and strategy. Oversee safety and overall compliance with regulatory requirements. Lead a team of HR professionals.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree. 7+ years’ experience in HR Manager/Generalist roles. Experience working within a manufacturing/food/beverage industry. Knowledge of ADP WFN. People management experience required. Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state, and employment laws. Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills with ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information as needed. Strong customer-focused attitude with high level of professionalism and discretion.
