Sr. Manager, HR Operations Americas (BF)

This position will provide strategic and tactical leadership direction, execute HR initiatives, provide internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement. The individual will drive continuous improvement in employee lifecycle and transactional processes as well as provide leadership, supervision and guidance to the US and Brazil HR Operations team in all HR functional areas including benefits, payroll, recruiting, labor relations, employee relations, and policy development.

Work collaboratively with the global HR Operations team and the HR leadership team to facilitate the execution of global and local HR solutions that support the growth of the business and its overall strategy. Maintain strong partnership with managers and business leaders to improve delivery, address issues and provide solutions. Lead the design, implementation and delivery of local HR programs, key projects and services. Streamline and standardize policies and practices consistently across all sites. Manage a team of 6 individual contributors, oversees day-to-day operations, prioritize and manage resources to ensure quality and timely delivery. Create high performing team through ongoing coaching and development. Identify opportunities to nurture a culture of continuous improvement, team effectiveness and accountability to accomplish desired results. Maintain current knowledge and understanding of employment legislation; develop appropriate practices, policies and processes to ensure business and employee compliance. Ensure compliance for disclosure and reporting requirements of all governmental laws and regulations. Partner with HRIS and service providers to ensure data integrity in multiple systems of record. Develop and monitor data integrations, improve process flow within and among systems. Ensure processes and procedures are well documented and with robust operating procedures. Lead improvement and streamline HR processes to increase efficiencies and user satisfaction. Handle complex issues and ensure the full resolution of problems. Source and maintain vendor relationships. Manage service level agreements? performance. Develop vendor management processes and controls.

Knowledge/ Experience/ Skills required:
Must possess more than 10 years of progressive human resources experience across multiple sites and states. Prior team management experience required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred. PHR/SPHR preferred. Technologically savvy. Understands technical data flows across multiple systems. Advanced skills in MS Office. Experience in Workday system strongly desired, or other equivalent cloud based HCM system.
